Relson “Campeão” Gracie, the second-oldest son of Grandmaster Hélio Gracie, is a highly respected figure in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and one of the most influential ambassadors of the art. Training since the age of two, he became an undefeated competitor known for his precise technique, powerful submissions, and unwavering commitment to defending the Gracie family legacy. For more than 22 years, Relson proved the effectiveness of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu in competitions, challenge matches, and real-world situations, earning a reputation as a living encyclopedia of the system and one of the world’s foremost authorities on self-defense.

 

Today, Relson divides his time between Hawaii and Brazil, teaching at his academies and traveling to affiliates around the world. His expertise is sought out by students, martial artists, and even major law enforcement agencies such as the FBI, DEA, and Secret Service. Dedicated to preserving authentic Gracie Jiu-Jitsu—including the principles taught by his father and the nutritional approach known as the Gracie Diet—Relson continues to share his knowledge globally through seminars, instruction, and mentorship within the worldwide Gracie community.
