Service Description

Jiu-jitsu just for women , adults, and seniors aged 17 to 100. We offer classes from 11am -12 pm. We focus on teaching the most advanced fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu and Self Defense, working on the competitive side and realities of competition. We will begin with basic self-defense fundamentals, always in a pleasant environment to provide a better quality of life for everyone.
