Service Description

Self-defense for young people, adults, and seniors aged 16 to 100. We offer classes from 7-8 am every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We focus on teaching the basic and advanced fundamentals of self-defense, emphasizing technical improvement in unusual circumstances, confrontations between two people, escaping chokes and immobilizations, all within a pleasant environment that promotes a better quality of life for everyone.
