Service Description

Self-defense for young people, adults, and seniors aged 03 to 100. Is Self-Defense included in the Jiu-Jitsu and MMA program or only for private classes. We focus on teaching the basic and advanced fundamentals of self-defense, emphasizing technical improvement in unusual circumstances, confrontations between two people, escaping chokes and immobilizations, all within a pleasant environment that promotes a better quality of life for everyone.
