Service Description

MMA for young people, adults, and seniors aged 16 to 100. We offer classes from 7-8 pm every Tuesday and Thursday. We focus on teaching the basic and advanced fundamentals of MMA, working on learning the sport through direct exchange and connections with the UFC. We will work on successes and failures after a UFC event. This modality helps with weight loss since MMA combines various martial arts, with a focus on a pleasant environment providing a better quality of life for everyone.
