Jiu-Jitsu Shark 2 Gi & No Gi, 13-16years

Service Description

Jiu-jitsu for teenagers aged 13 to 16. We offer classes from 4-5 pm and 5-6 pm every day, allowing you to choose one class or two different classes. We focus on teaching the most advanced fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu, working on the competitive side and realities of competition. We will begin with basic self-defense fundamentals, with an emphasis on takedowns.
